The community Nurse team care for patients at home especially the elderly and seriously ill. They are supported in this by other local nurses. You will need to be referred to them by the doctor. The district nurses can be contacted via the hub on 0300 323 0020.
Health Visitors are now located in the Balsam Centre, Wincanton and can be contacted by phone on 01963 32498. Tracey Muckalt covers Queen Camel patients and is resposible for children under age 5.
