There is separate advice about staying at home if:
Do not leave your home if you have either:
To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home.
Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.
Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
Important - Call 111 for advice if you're worried about a baby or child.
If they seem very unwell, are getting worse or you think there's something seriously wrong, call 999.
Do not delay getting help if you're worried. Trust your instincts.
Use the quick NHS coronavirus status checker to tell us about your current experience of the virus.
This will help the NHS plan its response to coronavirus by showing where the virus is spreading and how it affects people.

A ten person group has been established to represent patient views and contribute to the development of the practice. The patients invited represent a cross section of ages and geographical distribution with representatives from within the 59 villages and hamlets within the practice boundary.
In addition Linda Bickerton attends as ex-offcio support (she is the practice manager, not a patient)
In addition to this group a larger group of patients is being sought to take part in occasional short surveys/consultations on specific issues. Volunteers are asked to email their details to PPG@queencamelsurgery.nhs.uk or fill out the Sign Up Form under the tab above. This group is known as a Patient Reference Group. (P.R.G.).
Please use the tabs above to see the annual report and the minutes of each meeting.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.

We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
